Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 12-24 years is the result of the particular soil and climate characteristics of the territory and the variety of grapes grown in Modena, combined with the art of cooking Musts and the procedures of the annual decanting and renforcements between the casks of the Acetaia. A meticulous work that reaches its maximum expression through our “ Aceto Extravecchio”, flagship of our production, aged for over 25 years. Each transfer enriches it with particular aromatic characteristics year after year, making it unique and inimitable. The strong density, rich aromas and intense flavor are an absolute unicum.
